AI-assisted development and automation
Two things here. For business owners: I build AI tools and automations that take repetitive work off your plate, from a smart intake form to a workflow that runs on its own and reports back. For technical founders building their own product: the specification-driven build methodology I use to ship production software fast, applied to your stack. If you have a task you keep doing by hand, that is usually something I can automate.

I’m Anthony Kulick, an independent developer and consultant based in Metairie, Louisiana, working with clients locally and remotely. I build production software for my own company, Verifore Technologies, including Attested, a legal-evidence platform. The work I do for clients is the same work I do for myself: specified up front, shipped on a deadline, and built to last. I work solo and direct, so the person you scope the project with on the call is the person who writes the code. No account managers, no handoffs.

Every engagement is fixed scope and fixed price. You approve the specification and the exact cost before anything gets built. No hourly billing, and no surprises.
Questions, answered.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, which we set together before anything starts. Most website and infrastructure builds move quickly because the specification is agreed up front, so there is no drift and no open-ended timeline. Larger custom applications are scoped on their own schedule, with the same fixed-scope, fixed-price model.
Do I own everything when it's done?
Yes. The domain, the hosting and email accounts, and the codebase are all registered to you and handed over. You're independent from day one, with no lock-in and no dependency on me to keep the site running.
What if I need changes after launch?
After launch you own and control the site. If you want ongoing changes or new features, we scope them as a follow-on project, the same fixed-scope, fixed-price way.
Can you build AI tools or automations into my site?
Yes. Beyond the website itself, I can build AI features and automations: tools that draft or sort content, forms that do real work, and workflows that run on a schedule and notify you. We scope it the same fixed-scope, fixed-price way as everything else.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?
Because you should know the number before you commit, not after. Fixed scope and fixed price means no meter running and no surprise invoice. If the scope changes, we agree on the new scope and price together before any extra work happens.

Modern, widely supported tools: Next.js, Vercel, Stripe, and Supabase, the same stack behind the work in my portfolio. Your site ends up fast, secure, and standard enough that any competent developer can maintain it later.
