This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") describes the uptime commitments and service credit terms for Attested (the "Service"), operated by Verifore Technologies LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company. This SLA applies to all paid subscriptions and defines the service levels Subscribers can expect.
Verifore Technologies LLC targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service, measured against the availability of the attested.legal application and dashboard. "Uptime" is calculated as the total minutes in a calendar month minus minutes of Unplanned Downtime, divided by the total minutes in the month.
The uptime target excludes downtime caused by:
AI Features (Counsel AI and Document Review) are dependent on Anthropic's API availability and are not subject to the uptime guarantee in this SLA. Verifore Technologies LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability of AI Features but makes no uptime commitment for these features.
In the event of an unplanned outage exceeding four (4) consecutive hours within a single billing cycle, Subscribers on paid tiers may request a service credit equal to one (1) day of subscription fees per hour of outage beyond the four-hour threshold, up to a maximum of seven (7) days of fees per billing cycle.
If an unplanned outage lasts 7 consecutive hours:
5.1 Credit Request Process:
Service is completely unavailable or data loss has occurred. Authentication failures, file upload failures, or platform-wide outages.
Major feature degradation. Examples: share links not working, watermarking failures, Certificate generation errors.
Minor feature issues or performance degradation. Service is functional but not optimal.
Cosmetic issues, feature requests, or general questions. No impact on core functionality.
If any provision of this SLA is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This SLA is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from this SLA shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
