Section 01
By creating an account or using the Attested platform (attested.legal), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform. “You” refers to the individual or firm using the platform. “We” refers to Verifore Technologies LLC.
Section 02
Attested is a cloud-based evidence management and litigation workflow platform. The platform provides tools including file upload with cryptographic hash verification, FRE 902(13) and 902(14) certificate generation, timeline extraction, document deduplication, motion generation, legal research query generation, and AI-assisted document review. Attested also provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables integration with third-party AI clients.
Section 03
Attested is a technology platform that provides tools for evidence management and litigation workflow. Attested does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. All outputs generated by the platform, including certificates, motions, research queries, AI reviews, and timelines, are tools to assist licensed attorneys in their professional practice. The attorney is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all platform outputs before filing with any court or providing to any party. Verifore Technologies LLC is not a law firm and does not engage in the practice of law.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Per-firm pricing means one subscription covers all users at your firm. Prices may change with 30 days written notice to the email on your account. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods. Overage charges (for shares, certificates, or AI reviews exceeding plan limits) are billed at the end of each billing period.
Section 07
API keys and MCP server access are provided as part of paid subscriptions. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys. API keys should be treated as confidential credentials. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these terms or that create excessive load on the platform. Rate limits apply as documented. The MCP server connects to third-party AI clients (such as Claude). Your use of third-party AI clients is subject to those providers’ own terms of service.
